Therefore, every day, when we see snow outside the window, in our managed objects you see equipment that cleans parking lots, sidewalks, squares. These days, please, if possible, free the parking lots from the cars, so that the snow removal takes place quickly and efficiently! Please be understanding and make free parking spaces when you receive notifications about snow clearing on your property! 🚜❄️

Dear customers!
Taking into account the declared emergency situation in the country, and taking care of your and others' health, from 09.11.20. Ltd “Selectum home” does not accept clients in person!

We also encourage everyone to comply with national restrictions: use face masks, wash and disinfect your hands regularly, keep a distance and, if possible, deal with everyday issues remotely.

Reduced heat energy tariff in Riga

We would like to inform you that the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has approved another 2% reduced heat energy tariff in Riga. The new tariff from October 1 will be 39.77 EUR / MWh without VAT, which is the lowest tariff in the last 4 years.

The transmission of water meter readings

LTD “Selectum home” informs that the individual hot and cold water consumption in the apartments is calculated according to the readings of individual measuring devices (meters) located in each apartment property.

 

We remind you that meter readings can be submitted to LTD “Selectum home” in the following ways:

  • indicating meter readings on the customer portal until the 28th date;
  • by writing your readings to the e-mail address [email protected] until the 28th date
  • indicating the meter readings in the lower section of monthly bill and placing it in the mailbox of LTD “Selectum home” on the first floor of the building until the 28th date;

 

We invite everyone to follow this procedure and hand over the individual meter readings regularly, every month!
