Selectum Home and Bite Latvija Test a Modern Method of Aerial Cable Consolidation
26 ноября 2025 года в Плявниеках состоялась презентация совместного пилотного проекта Selectum Home и Bite Latvija. В рамках проекта более 40 воздушных кабелей, подключенных к жилым домам, были объединены в единую, визуально упорядоченную конструкцию.
Пилотный проект предлагает альтернативное решение для мест, где прокладка подземных коммуникаций технически сложна или финансово нецелесообразна. Результаты будут оценены в ближайшие месяцы, чтобы определить, может ли этот тип консолидации воздушных кабелей стать более широко применимой моделью для Риги.
«Немаркированные и хаотично расположенные кабели долгие годы создавали неудобства для жильцов и мешали проведению ремонтных работ. Поэтому, когда появилась возможность организовать эту среду, наши клиенты быстро поддержали инициативу», — подчеркивает Валтерс Балаклейтес, член правления Selectum Home.
В мероприятии также приняли участие представители Bite Latvija, Совета по конкуренции и Департамента городского развития Рижской думы, что подтвердило значимость проекта для развития городской инфраструктуры.
Проект был реализован в зданиях, находящихся под управлением Selectum Home, и продемонстрировал практическое решение по сокращению хаоса с кабелями и улучшению городской среды.

Reduced heat energy tariff in Riga
We would like to
inform you that the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has approved another 2% reduced
heat energy tariff in Riga. The new tariff from October 1 will be 39.77 EUR /
MWh without VAT, which is the lowest tariff in the last 4 years.

The transmission of water meter readings
LTD “Selectum home” informs that the individual hot and cold water consumption in the apartments is calculated
according to the readings of individual measuring devices (meters) located in
each apartment property.
We remind you that meter readings can be
submitted to LTD “Selectum home” in the following ways:
- indicating meter readings
on the customer portal until the 28th date;
- by writing your readings
to the e-mail address [email protected]
until the 28th date
- indicating the meter
readings in the lower section of monthly bill and placing it in the mailbox of LTD
“Selectum home” on the first floor of the building until the 28th date;
We invite everyone to follow this procedure and hand over the individual meter readings regularly, every month!
